We started ROMY after talking to 200+ HR leaders who all said the same thing: engagement programs are episodic, expensive, and impossible to measure. So we built the opposite — continuous, affordable, and instrumented from day one.
ROMY is built by Valhalla Lab SAS, a small team of operators, engineers, and former HR practitioners based across Paris, New York, and Lisbon.
We believe the engagement category is overdue for a behavioral layer. Surveys tell you how people feel. We measure what people do. Both matter — but only one of them is missing from the modern HR stack.
