How long does onboarding take?+

Most companies are running their first league within 48 hours. The kickoff call itself is 30 minutes.

Can employees opt out?+

Yes. Participation is always voluntary. Opt-out is a single click and never visible to managers or peers.

What data does ROMY collect?+

Challenge completions, participation timestamps, photo verifications (encrypted), and league standings. We do not collect biometric or location data.

Does it integrate with our existing HR tools?+

Yes. Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, and SSO via SAML/OIDC. CSV and REST API for HRIS sync.

What happens to data if we cancel?+

Full export within 24 hours. Deletion within 30 days, certified.

Is ROMY GDPR compliant?+

Yes — GDPR and CCPA. SOC2 Type II in progress (Q3 2026).
