1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using ROMY, you agree to these terms.

2. Subscription

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ROMY to harass employees, collect biometric data, or violate applicable employment law.

4. Liability

ROMY is provided “as is” without warranty. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
